From 26 to 30 January 2026, classes from ZŠ Česká and ZŠ Kremeľská took part in the environmental activity Week Without Energy Waste. The aim of the activity was to encourage pupils to behave responsibly and efficiently when using energy at school and in their everyday lives.Throughout the week, pupils monitored the use of lighting, water, heating, and electrical appliances in their classrooms. They recorded their observations, discussed them together, and looked for simple ways to avoid wasting energy. The outcomes of the activity included class record sheets and school posters created by the pupils themselves. On the posters, pupils presented their own findings, practical tips for saving energy, and catchy slogans. The posters showed that even the youngest pupils are able to think ecologically and actively contribute to environmental protection. We would like to thank all the participating pupils and class teachers for their active approach, cooperation, and creative ideas.
